A five-day in-person retreat with Paul Selig and the Guides at Menla Retreat Center in the Catskills. The tuition covers five days of teaching, audio and video recordings of every session, transcripts of every channeled lecture, access to Menla's 330-acre property, daily yoga classes and evening programming. Accommodation and meals are booked separately with Menla.
