Kimberly Braun
Kimberly Braun spent over a decade as a Carmelite nun in a North Dakota monastery before leaving to complete a Master's degree in Theology at Washington Theological Union. She later trained as a Reiki Master and developed her "Essence Meditation Technique," drawing on her Carmelite contemplative formation alongside energy work and ritual practice.
She teaches on the meditation faculty of the Omega Institute and offers retreats and workshops such as "Silence: The Awakening of Being and Becoming," alongside online content.
