Kosi
Kosi teaches through the Wisdom Rock Foundation, a US-based non-profit named after the sacred mountain Arunachala. Her teaching draws on more than twenty years of practice in the self-inquiry approach of Sri Ramana Maharshi, combined with what she describes as direct mystical experiences of the "Risen Christ." Her method, called The Clear Way, combines silent meditation, prayer, scriptural study and self-inquiry, requiring a minimum one-year commitment.
She currently teaches mainly online, through weekly Live Podcast sessions, recurring one-day Clear Way retreats for members, and periodic week-long Clear Way Mastery Course retreats, alongside an ongoing Discover program for newer students.
