Daoist Qigong and internal-arts master, founder of Chinese Wisdom Traditions, teaching internationally since 1988.
Born in a coastal village in Zhejiang Province, China, Master Wu has studied classical Chinese disciplines since 1972, including Qigong, Taiji, internal martial arts, Chinese medicine, Yijing science, feng shui, and traditional GuQin music, under senior lineage masters.
He is the author of 15 books on Daoist and Chinese wisdom traditions and leads workshops and seminars worldwide through Chinese Wisdom Traditions, combining internal alchemy, qigong forms, and classical Chinese arts.
