Thomas Hübl teaches on collective and intergenerational trauma, drawing on contemplative practice — including some grounding in Jewish mysticism — alongside active collaboration with trauma researchers, including a visiting-scholar role at Harvard's Wyss Institute. His annual Collective Trauma Summit has become a significant gathering point for this cross-disciplinary field.

He leads a Summer Intensive Retreat in Germany in 2026, the ongoing Collective Trauma Summit, and training and courses through his Academy of Inner Science.
