Craig Ty Powers has taught Vipassana meditation since 2003 as a graduate of Spirit Rock's Community Dharma Leader training. He has practiced Dzogchen Buddhism for more than twenty years and completed all levels of Internal Family Systems Therapy training, alongside certification as an Integral Coach.
He co-founded the Insight Yoga Institute with his wife Sarah Powers, and teaches yoga and meditation retreats globally alongside her, as well as leading workshops on personal transformation.
