Gabrielle Bernstein draws on A Course in Miracles alongside Kundalini Yoga and contemporary manifestation practice, teaching a synthesis aimed at a broad, largely secular self-help audience rather than a single contemplative lineage. Her Dear Gabby podcast and Gabby Coaching app, including an AI coaching feature launched in late 2025, extend this teaching into daily digital use.
Her 'Time to Trust' tour runs through 2026 with stops in New York, Los Angeles, Boston, London and Miami, alongside her annual Manifesting Challenge.
