American Kundalini Yoga-trained chant artist in the 3HO/Sikh-inspired tradition of Yogi Bhajan, known for mantra-based devotional music.
Snatam Kaur was raised within the 3HO community founded by Yogi Bhajan, which combines Kundalini Yoga with Sikh-inspired devotional practice, and built her teaching around mantra chanting drawn from that tradition. Her recordings and performances have made her one of the most widely heard voices in contemporary kirtan and mantra music.
Her 25th-anniversary tour, 'By Thy Grace', runs through 2026 with a European leg from April including Poland, the UK, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Germany, followed by a North American leg in September and October with dates in Santa Cruz, San Diego, Portland and Vancouver.
