Being Love - with Loch Kelly
A guided practice on recognising love as a quality of awareness itself.
Non-duality · Open-hearted awareness
American teacher and psychotherapist offering 'open-hearted awareness' — brief, accessible glimpses of non-dual awareness drawn from Buddhist, Christian and Sufi contemplative sources.
Loch Kelly trained in Buddhist meditation and later in Western psychotherapy, and built his teaching around what he calls 'glimpse practices' — short exercises meant to make recognising awareness itself accessible without years of formal training. His approach is explicitly non-sectarian, drawing on multiple contemplative streams while staying oriented toward ordinary daily use.
He continues to teach through his Mindful Glimpses app, an ongoing podcast, and public workshops, including a session in London on 12 September 2026.
Talks, day programmes and retreats currently listed in the Paths Are Many calendar.
