About the teacher
A quiet, direct path.
Rod Stryker built his teaching, formerly branded ParaYoga and renamed Tantra Yoga Alchemy in 2024, around classical tantric yoga philosophy and technique, taught through the Himalayan Institute lineage and adapted into a structured curriculum for Western students, including a 300-hour online Yoga Teacher Training.
He continues to teach workshops and retreats and offers the Sanctuary app with meditation, yoga nidra and livestreamed classes, alongside his ongoing role at the Himalayan Institute.
