British non-duality teacher based in West Yorkshire, England, teaching self-realization through free satsangs, intensives and retreats since an awakening shaped by the direct teachings of Nisargadatta Maharaj, Adyashanti, Mooji and Papaji.
A mother of four, Hamilton went through a period of depression and inner unfulfillment despite outward family and business success before a guided meditation gave her a first taste of deep mental quiet. Years of further practice, including yoga, Kundalini work and Vipassana, followed, until she credits the direct teachings of Nisargadatta Maharaj, Adyashanti, Mooji and Papaji with catalyzing her full awakening.
She holds free satsangs twice a month, plus in-person intensives and online retreats, and runs the subscription-based Helen Hamilton Sangha as an ongoing online community; she also maintains a Spanish-language site for Spanish-speaking students.
“When your mind has seen the truth of your Being, of what you are and what everything really is, it will rest in the supreme peace of the awakened state and it will be restless no more.”Helen Hamilton
